"I believe the value of a restaurant depends on whether the guests enjoy it or not. Good atmosphere, service and delicious dishes are not enough. A dramatic presentation and surprise to impress the guests are important. This requires professionalism that does not end as a mere show-off. I seek to continue producing a wonderful food stage for our guests to play the main role."
