Our restaurant name APPLAUSE comes from the English word ”applause.”

When you are really impressed or moved from your heart, you unconsciously clap your hands and express your praise with your voice. We aim to create a restaurant that earns cheers and applause from all our guests, together with the words “Thank you, we had a good time.” The theme we featured in creating this restaurant is the DNA of Japan, “SUMI & SUGI (charcoal and cedar).” We await your visit in this unique, relaxing space.

Guide to the interior and drinks
Walk through the lavish entrance of SAN APPLAUSE BY NADAMAN and the first thing you will notice is a wine cellar stocked with more than 80 different varieties of wine and decanters displayed. Wine can be ordered by the bottle or glass, and we also stock a full line-up of other drinks including after-dinner drinks, to enjoy on any occasion.
You will find ancient trees as the interior that had discovered from the deep ground. The interior is based on natural elements with dark color and spot-lights have been deliberately positioned around the room to make it comfortable.
Menu
We have a wide range menus of Japanese food, making it acceptable to almost everyone, from traditional cuisine to the local dishes, like yakitori skewers ( charcoal grilled chicken ) and assorted oden (Japanese pot-eau-feu). A decorous variety of appetizers, elaborate Japanese-Western dishes are prepared exclusively from seasonal products supplied by selected farms. A number of course menus are also recommended if you wish to entertain guests. Given the large number of modern Japanese restaurant that are open in Tokyo, SAN APPLAUSE BY NADAMAN should receive rather large applause.
