black sesame and high-quality Yoshino kudzu starch. Enjoy
the rich flavor of sesame. Taste it with the accompanying
special soy-sauce and grated WASABI (Japanese horseradish),
according to your taste.

Sardines stewed for two days to
even make the center bone tender. A dish known as Arima-ni
in Japan that is stewed with Japanese pepper. Savor the
whole fish down to its bones.?

seaweed
Hijiki stewed with sliced carrot,
thinly fried bean curd and shiitake mushroom. A very
healthy dish topped with pine nut. Free from the distinctive
sea smell, yet retaining the flavor.
