Eggplant and taro with minced chicken sauce

Deep-fried and then bonito soup-stewed eggplant and taro boiled in light-flavored soup topped with thick, minced chicken sauce flavored with sweetened soy-sauce.

Stewed pork back ribs

Cube-cut pork back ribs stewed for three days. So tender you can easily cut it with your chopsticks. Try it with Japanese mustard. One of NADAMAN's traditional dishes we offer with confidence.

Marbled sole with vegetables Marbled sole with vegetables
A popular dish of marbled sole that is deep-fried after carefully removing all the bones, served with plenty of colorful sweet-and-sour vegetable sauce prepared from cloud ear, carrot, bamboo shoot, shimeji mushroom, eggplant, shiitake mushroom and red bell pepper.
Bonito soup pudding Bonito soup pudding
Delicious served hot or cold. Smooth down your throat, everybody's favorite from the old down to the young. Contained inside are KAMABOKO (steamed fish paste), chicken, shitake mushroom and ginkgo nut. Upon warming, remove the lid and cover it loosely with a kitchen wrap. Microwave it for 1.5 to 2 minutes (Don't cover too tightly, since the ingredients may burst). We gave it a name, soup pudding, because it is so smooth that you can almost drink it like soup.
ODEN(Japanese stew) ODEN (Japanese stew)
Eight different stewed ingredients (Japanese radish, boiled egg, deep-fried mashed bean curd, deep-fried shrimp paste, konnyaku, beef streaks, tied kelp and deep-fried fish paste). Also comes with a generous serving of NADAMAN's original bonito-base soup.
White sesame curd White sesame curd
A carefully kneaded square of white sesame and high-quality Yoshino kuzu starch. Enjoy the rich flavor of sesame. Taste it with the accompanying special soy-sauce and grated WASABI (Japanese horseradish), according to your taste.

Lotus root hamburger steak
A healthy and tender hamburger steak rich in vegetable fiber, made from minced beef, minced pork and grated lotus root.

Miso stewed mackerel
"Miso stewed mackerel," a standard home-made dish, has become popular as a taste of NADAMAN's chef. The mackerel is cooked until exceptionally tender and subtly sweetened. Cut into bite size, goes very well with white rice.

Stewed dried radish strips
Dried radish strips stewed in lightly flavored bonito soup, retaining its distinctive texture. Enjoy the taste and mix of wolfberry nut, pine nut, shiitake mushroom, carrot and thin fried bean curd.

MOZUKU fine seaweed with vinegar
Okinawa-produced fine MOZUKU seaweed flavored mildly sour, served in a blend of bonito soup and black vinegar. Its rich and mild flavor originates from the black vinegar we use.

Black sesame curd
A carefully kneaded square of black sesame and high-quality Yoshino kudzu starch. Enjoy the rich flavor of sesame. Taste it with the accompanying special soy-sauce and grated WASABI (Japanese horseradish), according to your taste.

Tender stewed sardines
Sardines stewed for two days to even make the center bone tender. A dish known as Arima-ni in Japan that is stewed with Japanese pepper. Savor the whole fish down to its bones.?

Stewed hijiki seaweed
Hijiki stewed with sliced carrot, thinly fried bean curd and shiitake mushroom. A very healthy dish topped with pine nut. Free from the distinctive sea smell, yet retaining the flavor.

Octopus, brown seaweed and cucumber salad
Thinly sliced tender octopus, brown seaweed and cucumber served with a vinegar sauce. It is a dish with a mild vinegar flavor that can be recommended to all.
