Profile: Born in 1958 in Osaka Prefecture

"Since my parents run a restaurant, I have always helped them when going to their place, and naturally decided to become a cook since childhood. Now that I have become a chief chef after three decades, I seek to produce a restaurant where I can enjoy a cheerful conversation with my guests and staff while serving dishes that satisfy my guests, in addition to the pursuit of fine taste."
