Over 120 kinds of wine available that female sommelier Miki Katayama recommends. Italian chef, Shiraishi Yasutsugu offers unique dishes for wine lovers. Famous chef Hiroaki Kuroda, often seen on TV or in the media, supervised the original Japanese dishes and the wine selection.
