Pursuing deliciousness in terms of the menu and serving methods, I seek to continue offering dishes that tempt our guests to taste again and again.

As my belief of, “The most important thing of OMOTENASHI is having same perspective of each customers,” I challenge to pursue learning new method of cooking for them.
And I also endeavor to create our menu that always make the best use of ingredients which has high quality using Nadaman’s traditional original recipes.
