This seasonal course included abalone and Wagyu beef dishes, and also 2 kinds of signature dishes from Hinkan and Nihonbashi Nadaman.

Nihonbashi Nadaman Signature
Steamed eel custard with Yanagawa style, grated taro yam, Bekko sauce and mustard

Wagyu sirloin steak served with grilled vegetables and steak sauce
【RICE】
Shinjuku Nadaman Hinkan's Signature
Abalone, mushroom and garlic steamed rice in clay pot, served abalone sauce and Sudachi citrus
