【Notice/Accepting Reservations】The10th Nadaman Original Fair 『Hokuriku 4 prefecture’s Fair』
This event also serves as a recovery support initiative for the Hokuriku region, which suffered extensive damage from the "2024 Noto Peninsula Earthquake." In addition to using locally sourced ingredients from the region, ¥100 from each meal course at the restaurant will be donated to Ishikawa Prefecture.
We hope you will enjoy the unique flavors of the four Hokuriku prefectures, paired with seasonal autumn ingredients and sake, while contributing to the region's recovery efforts.
