I aspired to become a great chef when I was a child. I have an unforgettable memory of meals my father used to make for me. And I wished I could be a great chef like him and make someone happy. Now I am a chef, and I try to cook for making my guest happy as I used to feel. For making my guest happy, I keep challenging to create new dishes with maintaining Nadaman’s tradition.
